I’ve had really good experiences when ordering. I do choose express shipping and I get my orders in about a week and a half, excluding one, which had several glasses. I reached out and was given an answer the next day which was exactly right. My prescription is spot on and my frames are great. My very first order was a mistake I made. I just gifted those to someone else. I love all my frames and I even have prescription sunglasses. I love the different styles and colors to choose from. I will continue to use them for my glasses needs. I literally just made another order & had an order delivered today. I just like having different options. I’m not invalidating anyone else’s experience, but I’ve had no problems with mine. Completely satisfied!

I just ordered my 3rd pair from this company and have NEVER had a issue or problem. I will continue to order from them. Great pricing and always shipped on time. I usually do express shipping but this time I just did regular shipping and they still are getting it out on time. I just got my tracking number can't wait for this pair to get here!

Terrible product. Lenses are of a low quality. Frames are cheap. Customer service is a joke. They only are available after 4:30 p.m. PTS and only offer 50 percent refund if unhappy with product. Do. Not. Buy. From. Zeelool.

Everything was GREAT

Glasses were what I expected. Price is good and the delivery time was better than going to a store front. Styles offered without the designer prices.

Sent me two pairs of glasses that were not usable. I've been ordering glasses online, from other companies, for 15 years. They tried to blame me, telling me I should have ordered "reading glasses." Well the prescription wasn't for reading glasses.
Then they tried to deny the puny 50% refund... saying I didn't provide them with a tracking number for the return. Nowhere did they say a tracking number was required. Stay away from this company.

I have no complaint.... I have several pairs of glasses from your company and I love them. I get compliments galore because I like my glasses to match my clothes.

The glasses are well constructed and look great. They have a wide selection of styles and their prices are phenomenal! Definitely would recommend to friends!

I recently ordered several pairs of glasses from Zeelool. I was very impressed by the wide array of styles and the ease of “trying on” frames before choosing. I wear progressive lenses and have found the sweet spot between reading and distance in my lenses is a tad off on a couple of the pairs I ordered. Perhaps because they were larger frames? Anyway, it wasn’t enough to keep me from wearing them. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend ordering glasses here. The savings are tremendous, even when you add non-glare or other features. I’ve gotten so many compliments, too! I’ll be ordering another pair or two soon.
